Report a calculation problem
Tell us the bed shape, dimensions and units, target depth, existing mulch depth, bag size and any extra allowance. Include the result you received and what you expected. A screenshot or shared plan link can help reproduce the issue; share only information you are comfortable sending.
Suggestions and accessibility
For a feature suggestion, explain what you are trying to plan and what would help. For a display or accessibility problem, include the page, device and browser, and describe the step that did not work.
Privacy and policy questions
For privacy requests, include enough information to identify the email correspondence concerned. Do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive documents. See our Privacy policy for how enquiries are handled, and our Terms & conditions for the calculator’s limits.
Before you contact us
Our mulch FAQs answer common questions about quantities, coverage, depth and bags. The calculation method explains the formulas and rounding. For product availability, pricing, delivery or advice specific to your planting, contact your mulch supplier or a qualified local gardening adviser.
